El equilibrio es la cualidad que permite sostener el cuerpo en cualquier posición.
Te permitirá mejorar la agilidad y prevenir caídas en diversas situaciones cotidianas, mejorar la fluidez de movimientos y la prevención de lesiones en la práctica deportiva. El equilibrio sufre una degeneración con la edad, la inactividad, el sobrepeso o la realización de deportes muy repetitivos como correr.

Práctica estos ejercicios para mejorar el equilibrio y un abdomen fuerte :

- Elevaciones de pierna delante y detrás
- Balanceo de pierna lateral
- Agarra pierna y flexiona ligeramente la rodilla
- Superman
- Superman de rodillas
- Plancha lateral
- Plancha

Repite los ejercicios a los dos lados.
Realiza cada ejercicio por 20 segundos la rutina por 3 o 4 series.
No olvides calentar antes de empezar con esta rutina.
